· Are you running one or more operating systems
on servers within your organization?
· Who is responsible for the overall monitoring
and maintenance of server memory, disk & tape storage, I/O components,
file management, system logging, and server task management?
Digital HeadStart’s staff consists of Certified Systems Engineers
who perform the administration and management of the server solutions
within your Head Start program. Our technical team has many years
of experience in administering a variety of server systems including
Windows 2000, Windows NT, Citrix Unix, and OS/390 (formerly known
as MVS). Systems administration can be performed remotely via Wide
Area Network (WAN) connections or locally onsite at the client location.
Digital Head Start Solutions will provide resources skilled in
installing operating systems, application systems, and utility programs.
Installations and upgrades will be done on both shared servers and
individual computer workstations. As part of this work effort, DHS
will also work closely with the Head Start staff on defining center-wide
standards that can help software installation and maintenance proceed
more smoothly and efficiently.
By performing these tasks, DHS allows the Head Start staff to place
more focus on what they do best - monitoring and tracking the services
that are provided to children and families.
