· Are periodic disaster recovery tests performed in order to ensure that if a disaster does occur, the business will continue as usual and provide services to your customers with little noticeable interruption?

Digital Head Start staff will work to create frequent backups of data that will be stored offsite to secure locations. DHS will provide the offsite storage and ensure that the backup and recovery processes are carried out as efficiently and smoothly as possible. DHS will schedule mock disaster situations to ensure that the business can quickly recover from a disaster.
