Digital Head Start Solutions will design and maintain quality websites for its customers. Websites will be designed in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services standards and general best practices. Websites can either be accessed via the Internet or be made available on a Head Start center’s private network for intra-program communication. The staff members would be responsible for providing the content for specific areas and then provide that information to Digital Head Start Solutions to post on the websites. DHS will be responsible for the maintenance of the websites.
